We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to take on infrastructure, CI/CD, and developer experience challenges. In this role, you’ll lead mission-critical projects, drive infrastructure innovation, and collaborate across teams to improve scalability, reliability, and development workflows. You’ll shape the backbone of our platform while mentoring others and ensuring operational excellence.

About The Role
  • Collaborate with a small team of experienced and highly talented engineers in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Design, build, and manage scalable infrastructure with high availability and performance.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and internal tooling - from conception to post-deployment.
  • Drive improvements in developer experience by optimizing build times, debugging capabilities, and tooling ergonomics.
  • Continuously automate and refine operational processes to increase system resilience and reduce manual toil.
  • Work closely with software engineers to enable seamless integration, deployment, and observability of new features.
  • Our Stack - Kubernetes, AWS, ArgoCD, Docker, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, GitHub Actions.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer in high-scale production environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevEx principles.
  • Deep experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Skilled in infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Experience improving developer workflows and tooling, including build/test/deploy pipelines and local dev environments.
  • Proficient in scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Node, or similar).
  • Familiar with monitoring, alerting, and logging stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
  • Strong architectural thinking and a passion for building reliable, scalable systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, a team-first mindset, and a passion for developer empowerment.
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (not required - we value impact and experience over formal education).

Salary & Compensation

At monday.com, our total compensation package includes:

  • Base salary
  • Bonus target
  • Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)

The total target monthly compensation for this role ranges from 44,000 PLN to 54,000 PLN.

The target bonus and RSU grant are discretionary, depend on individual and company performance, and are subject to Board approval and the company’s equity plan, in line with monday.com’s bonus policy as updated from time to time. monday.com is looking for a DevOps engineer to build new infrastructure-related features and directly impact the future of our product from UI to database. You’ll join our Infrastructure Group in our Warsaw office.

Our Production Observability team will be focused on building exceptional self service Logging and Monitoring tools to support our high paced development cycles and fast engineering growth.

We’re accountable for bringing the company’s vision to life by navigating our progress into flawless execution and encouraging full ownership and independence in all projects. The Infra Team is a crucial piece as our company scales and user-base grows, conquering all aspects of product and infrastructure challenges. We are focused around development flow productivity, building application infrastructure and production resilience. We have huge challenges related to hyper growth of engineering, application and data scale.
