The InTech Analytics team provides analytical coverage across all of InTech's domains. We measure the performance and health of internal technology systems and tools, define the KPIs that help InTech and its stakeholders make informed decisions, and partner with teams across the organization to identify gaps and opportunities. A core part of our scope is AI analytics — tracking adoption of AI capabilities across monday, measuring their business impact, and optimizing the costs of our AI infrastructure.
About The Role- Measure the adoption, impact, and cost of AI capabilities across monday — to guide smarter investment decisions and surface what's driving real value
- Define and track KPIs for InTech's technology domains and tools — so every team knows whether what they built is actually working
- Monitor the health of internal systems and proactively identify gaps — turning early signals into action before they become problems
- Build dashboards and reports that give InTech leadership clear, reliable visibility — so decisions are made on data, not instinct
- Partner with teams before products and tools go live — to make sure success is defined upfront, not after launch
- Use AI tools to improve and accelerate your own work — because we expect our analysts to practice what we measure
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in SaaS or tech startups.
- High-level proficiency in SQL is a must.
- Proven experience designing data models and building self‑serve dashboards is a must
- Experience working with AI tools (cursor, claude code) and building AI agents to support your daily workflow is an advantage
- Experience measuring AI adoption, AI impact and AI Finops is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) is required; ability to work effectively in a global business environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, while being highly independent and self-driven.
- Quick to learn, curious, and proactive in driving continuous improvement.
