We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic Senior Business Data Analyst for our newly established customer organization (CS, Services, CX, Tech & AI). This is a unique opportunity to pioneer and build our evolving business while working in a start-up-like environment.
In this role, you will be a central analyst working closely with business teams within and outside the organization, leveraging data to uncover insights, identify growth opportunities, and guide critical business decisions. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and targets, and providing valuable recommendations to stakeholders. About the Role
Manage and support end-to-end ongoing operational and strategic initiatives across the customer organization to achieve our business goals.
Define and build dashboards to track business KPIs, success metrics, proxies, and targets
Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities aligned with the company-wide strategy.
Facilitate ongoing business reviews and presentations to executive leadership by translating complex data into simple, compelling stories.
Continuously improve data processes and contribute to the development of a data-driven culture within the organization.
Requirements4+ years of experience in business strategy, business analysis, preferably in SaaS or tech startups.
High-level proficiency in SQL is a must.
Proven experience designing data models and building self‑serve dashboards in Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable BI tools is a must.
Fluent in English (written and verbal) is required; ability to work effectively in a global business environment.
Strong understanding of business strategy, financial modeling, and business SaaS metrics.
Strong strategic thinking with solid business intuition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, while being highly independent and self-driven.
Quick to learn, curious, and proactive in driving continuous improvement.
