Job Description

Join our global in-house agency to create ideas that earn attention across owned and earned channels, from social-first content and PR-able brand moments to digital experiences and integrated campaign work. 

Working closely with EMEA markets as part of a UK-based team, this role offers the opportunity to influence projects from brief to final delivery and see ideas come to life from start to finish.

Core Responsibilities 

  • Participate in creative workshops and concept development as a senior team member working with strategy, insights and designers. 

  • Develop strong, campaignable creative ideas that can travel across owned, earned and paid channels, with particular focus on social, content, PR and experience-led work. 

  • Move confidently from big conceptual thinking into channel-specific execution, ensuring ideas are adapted for audience behaviour, platform nuance and cultural relevance. 

  • Develop best in class social work with a strong understanding of best practice for Meta channels, TikTok and YouTube.  

  • Actively participate in client meetings and presentations as a representative of the Creative Team. 

  • Ensure high creative and graphic quality in the marketing communications solutions that the agency delivers. 

  • Work closely with the Project Management team to ensure that the right tasks are with the right people.

Our LEGO Agency (OLA) is an organisation that focuses on delivering best-in-class campaigns, insight driven & fit for purpose solutions across the LEGO group. The global development is driven out of The LEGO Group's headquarters in Billund, Denmark.

Location wise OLA also has offices in Billund, Copenhagen, London, Boston, Singapore and Shanghai.  

Our LEGO Agency London is focused on developing campaigns from Global to local. Covering the full value chain from campaign strategy to in-market executions. We balance work from Global projects to campaigns for Western Europe and CEEMEA markets with special focus on FRIB, EUC and UK, balanced with Global occasions campaigns.  

The creative we are looking for should be experienced in developing campaignable ideas, moving seamlessly between digital, social channels, experiential or wherever our audiences are.  

You will work on live projects, generating ideas while leading the project and wider team through the process. You’ll show initiative, be proactive, and take ownership of both your own work and the team’s output.  

Do you have what it takes? 

  • You’ll be a strong conceptual thinker, but this role is not only about big campaign ideas. We are especially interested in creatives who know how to build ideas for owned and earned channels, ideas that can live in culture, drive conversation and adapt naturally across social platforms and experiences. 

  • Strong experience creating ideas and content for social channels, with a good understanding of platform nuance, audience behaviour and how creative work needs to adapt by channel. 

  • Familiar working with strategic planners, copywriters and external consultants. 

  • Strong communication (proficiency in English) and visualisation skills. 

  • Expert level in the following applications within the Adobe CS package: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Acrobat. 

  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel).
