Who We Want
As the first dedicated Senior Carrier Account Representative for Arrive Fresh, you will play a pivotal role in growing our produce capacity from the ground up. We are seeking an individual with a deep background in developing and managing produce.perishable carrier relationships.What You'll Do
Qualifications
- 5+ yrs experience in carrier brokerage; including 3+ yrs in produce & floral
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance set forth by the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), Sanitary Transportation of Food (STF), and Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA)
- High energy with strong work ethic and passion for continuous improvement
- A passion for the relentless delivery of best-in-class service to our carriers and customers
- Proven ability to establish rapport and build relationships quickly
- Someone who views each complex issue they face as an opportunity to amplify Arrive and their own value – ready to solve a problem and not dwell on it!
