Working with cross-functional and regional teams, you will implement a portfolio strategy aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth. You will support profit and loss management, future business development plans, and objectives-including new product development and platform opportunities.
How you will contribute
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will:
  • Lead brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric growth across the portfolio.
  • Develop annual marketing plans, setting clear objectives and allocating resources effectively.
  • Recommend and execute integrated commercial and marketing plans that deliver on revenue, profit forecasts, and share objectives.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing communications rooted in deep consumer insights and brand positioning to win with consumers.
  • Bridge the gap between marketing and commercial teams, leveraging strong route-to-market knowledge and commercial acumen.
  • Manage stakeholders at multiple levels, operating as a solo contributor reporting into the Cluster Marketing Director.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within FMCG
  • Proven track record of managing brand P&L and delivering commercial results
  • Experience in new product development and go-to-market launches
  • Experience managing export markets or working across multiple geographies is a strong advantage
  • Strong understanding of route-to-market strategy and distributor-led models
  • Proficiency in consumer insights, market research, and data-driven decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to develop integrated marketing communications (ATL & BTL)
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to translate brand strategy into sales outcomes
