We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our Customer Service & Logistics team. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about supply chain management and eager to kick-start their career in a fast-paced, global FMCG environment. The role will support end-to-end supply chain operations, focusing on driving service excellence, logistics efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management & Customer Service: Support the order-to-delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
- Logistics Coordination: Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound logistics activities, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze supply chain KPIs (e.g., On-Time In-Full [OTIF], fill rates, lead times, freight costs) and generate regular reports to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer service levels.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Planning, Procurement, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of supply chain activities.
- Inventory Management Support: Monitor inventory levels and support initiatives to optimize stock availability while minimizing waste and obsolescence.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve supply chain disruptions, delivery issues, and customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all logistics and supply chain activities comply with company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Internship or practical experience in supply chain, logistics, or FMCG is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization); knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
