Team Overview
The Sales Operations team partners with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Sales Leadership, and Finance to drive data-driven decision-making and support sustainable revenue growth. The team is responsible for pipeline governance, forecast accuracy, reporting excellence, and commercial insights that help leadership proactively manage business performance. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
Partner with the CRO, Sales Leadership, and Finance teams to define, govern, and continuously improve pipeline structure, sales stages, and forecasting methodologies.
Lead the development, consolidation, and analysis of weekly and monthly forecasts, providing strategic insights and scenario-based recommendations.
Translate sales targets and financial objectives into operational metrics, dashboards, and management insights that enable proactive business steering.
Ensure data quality, governance, and discipline within Salesforce, driving pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy.
Provide leadership with forward-looking insights to anticipate risks, optimize performance, and support sustainable revenue growth.
Guide and mentor analysts, establishing standards and best practices for insight generation and reporting.
Act as a consultant to internal stakeholders by leveraging Salesforce and other systems to identify recurring issues and implement scalable solutions.
Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives focused on sales operations, forecasting, reporting, and commercial effectiveness.
Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, providing the analytical and business foundation necessary to support commercial decision-making and operational excellence.
5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Analytics, or related functions, with demonstrated experience supporting forecasting, reporting, and business performance management.
Experience partnering with Sales Leadership and Finance teams to drive forecasting accuracy, revenue planning, and business insights.
Experience managing or mentoring junior team members, providing coaching, guidance, and development support.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand commercial context, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend value-added solutions.
