Team Overview

The Product Management team within the Solutions business is responsible for defining, developing, and optimizing the Credit Risk solutions portfolio for the Mexican market. The team works cross-functionally with Product Owners, Technology, Consulting, and Sales to drive product innovation, market adoption, and business growth. This role plays a key part in achieving revenue objectives and delivering strategic product initiatives This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the Credit Risk product portfolio strategy for Mexico.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners, Technology, Consulting, and Sales teams to drive product development and market adoption.
  • Monitor the product portfolio and identify enhancement opportunities through data analysis.
  • Manage assigned products and support projects related to the product portfolio.
  • Collaborate across business functions to align organizational efforts toward common objectives
  • Ensure a seamless and effective product delivery experience for customers.
  • Develop strategies based on a deep understanding of the credit risk solutions business.
  • Manage the solutions portfolio and influence prioritization of strategic resources, including capital investments, data, partnerships, and capabilities.
  • Ensure alignment between regional and global product strategies.
  • Monitor revenue generation and profitability performance to maximize business results.
  • Develop, manage, and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for credit risk solutions.
  • Ensure products evolve effectively in response to changing regulatory requirements.
  • Support Sales teams in promoting solutions and accelerating market adoption.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Development, Product Management, or related disciplines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the credit industry and credit risk best practices.
  • Experience developing product strategies and managing portfolios focused on business growth and revenue generation.
  • Demonstrated ability to increase revenue and market share through a disciplined and strategic approach.
  • Proven experience working effectively across cross-functional teams in a complex business environment.

Required Technical Skills

  • Product portfolio and product lifecycle management expertise.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience developing and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
  • Knowledge of revenue management, profitability analysis, and strategic resource allocation.
  • Expert knowledge of credit risk products, solutions, and market dynamics.
