The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation, adoption, and measurement of sales enablement programs and initiatives that support the selling processes at all stages, from lead generation through win/loss. Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, this role will build, design, and manage blended learning and certification programs to support the AlertMedia Mid-Market and Enterprise sales teams.

What you get to do every day:

  • Help facilitate and coach reps in the step-by-step sales process, with a focus on skills development, messaging, systems technology, and product expertise needed to achieve business objectives and revenue targets across the MM and ENT segments.
  • Provide the MM and ENT sales leaders and cross-functional teams with actionable data to make revenue impacting decisions, which includes building standard metrics definitions, analyzing trends and providing reporting and data-driven insights
  • Provide  subject-matter-expert input to support building and maintaining relevant training and enablement assets, content, and artifacts, including but not limited to presentation slides, media rich documents, demo flows, and other content for the MM and ENT segments.
  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities with tools, workflows, and best practices to optimize productivity for the MM and ENT segments.
  • Work cross-functionally with the go-to-market revenue teams, including Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and Sales, to facilitate and execute on business initiatives for the MM and ENT segments.
  • Identify program success and operating metrics to ensure performance levels for the MM and ENT segments.
  • Support ad-hoc enablement business process projects to improve enablement programs for the MM and ENT segments.
  • Work closely with cross-functional team to manage change across the MM and ENT segments, including planning and developing scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for initiatives.
  • Participation in the development and execution of our annual sales meetings/kickoffs.
  • Support a coaching culture to strengthen sales skills, storytelling, and sales process best practices to increase the velocity of the selling cycle.

What you bring to the role:

  • Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of complex sales experience, along with 3+ years of Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, of similar experience
  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Experience with sales methodologies, such as MEDDPIC (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel from concept to completion
  • Ability to plan and facilitate meetings and events
  • Strong strategic, conceptual, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change
  • Highly developed training, presentation and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating diverse activities and groups within a team environment
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong
  • This is an in-office, hybrid position (3-5 days a week) in our beautiful downtown Austin, Texas headquarters
