Leads and develops Enterprise Customer Account Directors responsible for strategic account growth, retention, renewals, and expansion revenue. Own the Social Intelligence product roadmap, translating security and open-source intelligence expertise into software. Own and govern AlertMedia’s financial systems ecosystem, including NetSuite, Zone Billing, Workato integrations, data flows, reporting, and reconciliation. Lead finance systems implementations, improve workflow reliability, maintain controls, and partner cross-functionally on scalable solutions. Design AI-enabled automation using tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to reduce manual work and improve process performance. Investigate data issues, manage vendors, translate business requirements, and drive continuous improvement across Finance Operations.

Owns end-to-end financial planning and forecasting, including ARR forecasting, annual operating plans, expense and headcount modeling, scenario analysis, and variance reporting. Partners with business leaders, Accounting, and the Controller to explain financial drivers, improve forecast accuracy, support close activities, and prepare board reporting. The role requires advanced Excel modeling, SaaS financial expertise, AI tool usage, NetSuite familiarity, and strong analytical skills.

Own the end-to-end financial planning and forecasting function, including ARR forecasting, annual operating plans, expense and headcount modeling, scenario analysis, and monthly reforecasting. Deliver budget-to-actual variance analysis, business-driver insights, board reporting, and financial narratives. Own revenue accounting for a SaaS business, including ASC 606 analysis, monthly close, deferred revenue, unbilled receivables, SSP methodology, NetSuite ARM, reporting, audits, controls, and technical accounting memos. Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, RevOps, Legal, Billing Operations, and Finance to structure compliant contracts, resolve complex revenue issues, improve processes, and scale revenue systems.

Own revenue accounting for a SaaS business, including ASC 606 contract analysis, monthly revenue close, deferred revenue, unbilled receivables, SSP methodology, financial reporting, audits, controls, and technical accounting memoranda. Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, RevOps, Legal, Billing Operations, and Finance to structure compliant agreements. Improve automation and scalability within NetSuite ARM and revenue processes while analyzing MRR, ARR, and revenue trends.

Design and build AI agents, skills, and automation for software development workflows, including test generation, code review, and CI feedback. Improve local development environments, test performance, and internal engineering tools. Partner cross-functionally with engineers to adopt AI-assisted workflows, evaluate emerging AI capabilities, and reduce development friction through practical, useful solutions.

Develop and support scalable full-stack web applications for AlertMedia’s risk intelligence platform. Build features using Python, Elixir, JavaScript, Next.js, and React; collaborate with engineering and product teams; contribute to architectural evolution; write unit and integration tests; use AWS, containers, databases, Agile tools, and AI-assisted development platforms.

Own and optimize the finance systems ecosystem (NetSuite, billing, integrations). Lead integrations (Workato), implement FinOps projects, build AI-enabled automations, ensure data reliability, governance, and cross-functional process improvements supporting Accounting, FP&A, RevOps, and Sales Ops.

Sell AlertMedia's risk intelligence and response SaaS to mid-market accounts (1,250–7,000 employees) in Northern Europe. Own a territory, qualify prospects, deliver discovery calls and product demos, manage pricing and negotiation, close deals, and transition accounts to Customer Success while collaborating with marketing and product teams. Use Salesforce and sales tools and travel occasionally for client visits and events.
