The Software Engineer in Test II focuses on test planning, automation, and defect management for AlertMedia's products, emphasizing quality engineering and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, co-sell on complex deals, and build strategies for mid-market sales. Manage performance and partner cross-functionally to drive business success.

Monitor global incidents using multiple source tools to identify threats affecting business continuity. Evaluate and prioritize events per criteria, communicate timely, accurate updates to customers, and maintain/expand intelligence sources. Work assigned shifts and collaborate with the Global Intelligence team to ensure effective 24/7 coverage.

Own strategic customer relationships for mid-market accounts: drive adoption, retention, expansion, run QBRs, manage customer health, configure data automation, track communications in Gainsight and Salesforce, and provide cross-functional product feedback.

Manage end-to-end US payroll, benefits administration, and complex leave cases (FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD, parental leave). Maintain Rippling HRIS accuracy, run audits and reconciliations, support global benefits/leave coordination, produce People reports, ensure compliance, and partner with Finance and vendors to deliver timely, empathetic employee support.
