Lead the identification, design, and delivery of AI-driven automation within Customer Operations. Translate operational pain points into scalable solutions, evaluate tools, run end-to-end implementations, partner cross-functionally, measure outcomes, and enable adoption to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Sell AlertMedia's risk intelligence and response SaaS to mid-market accounts (1,250–7,000 employees) in Northern Europe. Own a territory, qualify prospects, deliver discovery calls and product demos, manage pricing and negotiation, close deals, and transition accounts to Customer Success while collaborating with marketing and product teams. Use Salesforce and sales tools and travel occasionally for client visits and events.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for EMEA accounts, managing integrations, implementations, escalations, and account health. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to troubleshoot issues, drive product feedback, identify upsell opportunities, and improve internal processes and documentation.

Monitor Microsoft Defender and Sentinel for alerts, triage and investigate phishing and account compromise incidents, conduct access reviews, maintain incident records, support SOC 2/ISO audits, assist identity and access tasks, run simulated phishing campaigns, and escalate complex incidents to senior analysts.
