Lead the evaluation, training, fine-tuning, and production integration of machine learning and large language models. Design evaluation pipelines, prompt engineering frameworks, benchmarking tools, and AI performance monitoring. Collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to deploy safe, scalable AI features while optimizing Elasticsearch-backed data systems and assessing commercial and open-source models.

Lead the evaluation, training, fine-tuning, and production integration of machine learning and large language models. Build prompt engineering and model evaluation pipelines, optimize Elasticsearch-backed AI workflows, benchmark commercial and open-source models, and monitor production performance. Drive new and expansion revenue by selling AlertMedia’s SaaS risk intelligence platform to enterprise organizations. Manage the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting and customized demonstrations through negotiation, legal and security reviews, forecasting, and contract execution. Build executive-level relationships, exceed quota, maintain Salesforce and Gong accuracy, partner with marketing and sales development, and support customer handoff and expansion. Travel within the territory 10–20% of the time.

Administer Walmart’s AlertMedia emergency communications platform, maintaining users, permissions, configurations, data, readiness, and system health. Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with support and engineering, train administrators, document procedures, test enhancements, support integrations, and report KPIs. The role serves as AlertMedia’s embedded operational partner to Walmart’s emergency communications and security operations teams, requiring independent work across two organizations and frequent travel to Bentonville.

Develop and support scalable full-stack web applications for AlertMedia’s risk intelligence platform. Build features using Python, Elixir, JavaScript, Next.js, and React; collaborate with engineering and product teams; contribute to architectural evolution; write unit and integration tests; use AWS, containers, databases, Agile tools, and AI-assisted development platforms.

Manage Mexico payroll, social security compliance, HRIS records, time and attendance, benefits, employee lifecycle administration, and HR vendor relationships. Provide employee support, reconcile payroll data, maintain audit-ready documentation, and coordinate process improvements and employee experience initiatives. The role requires knowledge of Mexican payroll obligations and collaboration in Spanish and English across Mexico and the United States.

Provides first-level technical support for employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, accounts, networks, printers, phones, and connectivity issues. Installs and configures equipment, supports onboarding, manages tickets, maintains technology inventory and compliance, documents solutions, and escalates complex issues. Manage AlertMedia’s strategic advisory partnerships from agreement negotiation through renewal and expansion. Build executive relationships, develop partner-sourced pipeline, forecast revenue, enable consultants and internal teams, create go-to-market materials, coordinate client handoffs, and evaluate prospective partners. The role requires B2B SaaS partnerships or channel experience, strong consultative communication, cross-functional collaboration, CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel. It is hybrid in Austin or remote within eligible U.S. states.

Build and ship full-stack AI Assistant and Orchestration features, including agents, tools, approval workflows, and evaluation systems. Develop scalable web applications using Python, Django, React, Next.js, and Node.js; troubleshoot production issues; write automated tests; and collaborate on architecture and product delivery. The role requires hands-on LLM application experience, cloud development, AI-assisted engineering, and strong cross-functional communication. This is a fully remote position based in Mexico.

Develop scalable full-stack features for AlertMedia’s Incident Response product using Python, Django, Next.js, React, and Node.js. Build reliable systems for live emergencies, including resilience under load and dependency failures. Collaborate with engineering and product teams, contribute to architectural evolution, write tests, use cloud and container technologies, and apply AI-assisted development tools. This remote Mexico-based role also involves Agile development, cross-functional communication, and maintaining a high-quality SaaS platform.

Own strategic, high-value enterprise customer relationships, driving adoption, retention, expansion, and long-term value realization. Develop success plans, conduct business reviews, manage customer health and risk, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams, influence product and go-to-market strategies, support data automation configurations, respond to customer needs, and track communications in Gainsight.

Designs and maintains automated, manual, exploratory, API, integration, performance, and regression testing across web and mobile applications, with a primary focus on AI features and agentic systems. Builds LLM evaluation suites, validates guardrails and human-approval workflows, identifies defects, improves QA strategy, mentors teammates, and partners cross-functionally to ensure reliable software delivery.

Leads and develops Enterprise Customer Account Directors responsible for strategic account growth, retention, renewals, and expansion revenue. Coaches teams on executive engagement, account planning, forecasting, negotiations, product adoption, and customer success. Partners cross-functionally to improve pipeline health, forecast accuracy, customer outcomes, and revenue retention. The role also recruits and develops talent, manages executive customer relationships, and travels approximately 20–25%.

Own the strategy, roadmap, discovery, delivery, measurement, and go-to-market enablement for new AI capabilities supporting critical-event response workflows. Conduct customer research, define problems and success metrics, partner with Engineering and Design, prototype with AI tools, prioritize initiatives, and launch scalable workflow automation for security, safety, continuity, IT, and operations teams.

Owns end-to-end financial planning and forecasting, including ARR forecasting, annual operating plans, expense and headcount modeling, scenario analysis, and variance reporting. Partners with business leaders, Accounting, and the Controller to explain financial drivers, improve forecast accuracy, support close activities, and prepare board reporting. The role requires advanced Excel modeling, SaaS financial expertise, AI tool usage, NetSuite familiarity, and strong analytical skills.

Own the end-to-end financial planning and forecasting function, including ARR forecasting, annual operating plans, expense and headcount modeling, scenario analysis, and monthly reforecasting. Deliver budget-to-actual variance analysis, business-driver insights, board reporting, and financial narratives. Partner with business leaders, Accounting, and the Controller while improving forecasting accuracy, reporting workflows, and process efficiency.

Own revenue accounting for a SaaS business, including ASC 606 analysis, monthly close, deferred revenue, unbilled receivables, SSP methodology, NetSuite ARM, reporting, audits, controls, and technical accounting memos. Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, RevOps, Legal, Billing Operations, and Finance to structure compliant contracts, resolve complex revenue issues, improve processes, and scale revenue systems.
