We're looking for a motivated Contract Recruiter to help fuel hiring at our rapidly growing SaaS company for the next few months (could extend) and up to 20 hours a week..
You're an experienced full-cycle recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities, and embraces AI-powered recruiting tools to work smarter and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. You have hands-on full cycle recruiting experience with Greenhouse, enjoy partnering with hiring managers, and are always looking for innovative ways to identify, engage, and hire top talent.
What You'll Do Every Day- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance for a variety of technical and business roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies that align with business priorities and hiring goals.
- Proactively source exceptional talent across LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools to build talent pipelines, personalize candidate outreach, generate sourcing strategies, and improve recruiting efficiency while maintaining a human-first candidate experience.
- Use Greenhouse to manage candidates, ensure data integrity, and drive an organized, efficient hiring process.
- Screen and interview candidates, coordinate interview logistics, and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process.
- Build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Continuously explore new recruiting technologies, AI capabilities, and sourcing techniques to improve hiring outcomes and recruiter productivity.
- Act as a brand ambassador by creating an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.
- 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse - Applicant Tracking System.
- Strong expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent.
- Experience incorporating AI tools (such as ChatGPT, LinkedIn AI features, sourcing assistants, or similar technologies) into recruiting workflows to improve efficiency, candidate engagement, and sourcing effectiveness (strongly preferred)
- A passion for learning and experimenting with emerging AI and recruiting technologies.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- A relentless drive to achieve hiring goals while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and collaborate across teams.
- Creativity and resourcefulness in solving recruiting challenges and identifying top talent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A positive, adaptable mindset with the resilience to thrive in a dynamic environment.
