THE TEAM YOU'LL JOIN
You'll be part of our Revenue Operations team. The team sits at the intersection of Finance and commercial operations, ensuring that revenue recognition processes are reliable, accurate, and scalable across the business. Together, you'll be strengthening Mirakl's financial data integrity by bridging Salesforce operations with financial reporting workflows.
YOUR IMPACT
- Finance Scope:
- Own the end-to-end reliability of the revenue recognition process, from Salesforce screen flows through to Alteryx-powered financial reports.
- Diagnose and resolve Salesforce data anomalies, mapping issues, and business rule defects impacting revenue and financial close cycles.
- Update subscription line history and integrate missing variable revenue streams into the reporting pipeline.
- Document workflows, identify fragility points, and implement controls to improve anomaly tracking and resolution.
- Support FP&A teams in analysing revenue impacts, building Salesforce reports feeding into Anaplan, and formulating recommendations to sustain the process long-term.
- RevOps Scope:
- Manage and triage RevOps tickets - bugs, incidents, and feature requests - prioritising by criticality, business impact, and urgency in coordination with the Tech Lead Revenue Operations.
- Diagnose and fix dysfunctions related to Salesforce configuration, workflows, automations, business rules, and integrations.
- Drive continuous improvement of commercial processes by identifying recurring pain points and proposing solutions tailored to user needs.
- Automate and secure Sales commission business rules (Channel Manager, Ads), and ensure proper testing, documentation, and communication of all changes.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Proven experience in a Revenue Operations, Salesforce Administration, or Business Applications Consultant role
- Demonstrated track record of diagnosing and resolving complex Salesforce configuration and data quality issues in a fast-paced environment
- Previous exposure to financial reporting processes, revenue recognition, or financial close cycles
