The Team You'll Join
You'll be part of our Revenue Operations team led by Julien Amoureaux , Team Lead, Revenue Operations. The team consists of 10 Revenue Operations Analysts working across all of Mirakl's suite of products. Together, you'll be driving the efficiency and scalability of Mirakl's sales cycle by ensuring systems, processes, and automation run seamlessly across the organization.
Your Impact
Revenue Systems Support
  • Maintain and improve the tools supporting prospecting, sales execution, quoting, and revenue recognition across all of Mirakl's business units
  • Administer Salesforce - managing users, permissions, workflows, approvals, and data quality - to keep the sales organization running smoothly
  • Collaborate with RevOps Business Analysts to understand business needs and translate them into system or process improvements
  • Partner with the RevOps Tech Lead on system architecture, integrations, data quality, and prioritization
  • Document solutions, recurring issues, and standard operating procedures to build a reliable, scalable knowledge base for the team

AI & Automation
  • Design, deploy, and maintain AI-agent processes and n8n workflows that automate recurring operational tasks across Revenue Operations
  • Support business users and RevOps analysts in identifying automation opportunities and translating requirements into reliable, scalable solutions
  • Monitor automated processes, troubleshoot failures, and continuously improve their performance and usability
  • Contribute to building a robust automation framework with appropriate documentation, controls, and support processes

CPQ Transformation
  • Support the rollout of Mirakl's new AI-enabled CPQ operating model, coordinating requirements, testing, documentation, and rollout activities
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and technical stakeholders to ensure new CPQ processes meet business needs
  • Monitor the reliability and performance of CPQ processes post-launch and drive continuous improvement
  • Contribute to migrating from manual administrative maintenance toward more automated management of product, pricing, and approval rules

What You'll Bring to the Role
Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience supporting business applications such as Salesforce, CPQ, CRM, sales engagement tools, or related Revenue Operations platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with or strong interest in AI agents, workflow automation, or tools such as n8n
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field - or equivalent experience

Skills:
  • Analytical problem-solving with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system or automation solutions
  • Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requests
