Associate Corporate Communications & Impact Manager
Mission Freelance - 10 months
1. The Team You'll Join
You'll be part of our EMEA Corporate Affairs & Impact team led by Hugo Weber , VP Corporate Affairs & Impact. The team is composed of Corporate Communications & Impact Managers covering the EMEA region. Together, you'll be strengthening Mirakl's awareness and influence while driving a positive impact on the environment, society, and our people.
2. Your Impact
External Corporate Communication

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of global PR campaigns and corporate initiatives - from positioning and messaging to scheduling and performance reporting - in close collaboration with PR agencies across all markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets to enhance Mirakl's global media presence and secure coverage across major platforms.
  • Champion Mirakl's corporate voice, ensuring consistency across all external communication channels and supporting internal teams with messaging review for public-facing initiatives.
  • Identify and leverage high-impact opportunities for executive speaking engagements - interviews, podcasts, and industry events - to amplify corporate messaging.
  • Develop proactive crisis communication strategies in collaboration with PR and executive teams, addressing potential reputational risks with clear, timely responses.

Executive Communication

  • Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support to the management team to strengthen their personal branding and engagement within the business community.
  • Prepare and coach Mirakl's spokespeople for seamless execution of speaking opportunities, including media interviews, podcasts, and conferences.
  • Deliver training and practical assistance to amplify executives' presence across social media platforms.

Internal Communication

  • Drive the implementation and monitoring of the internal communications strategy, ensuring consistency and clarity across all channels.
  • Redefine and streamline internal communications processes in partnership with key stakeholders, optimising both strategy and execution.
  • Support internal communications initiatives, ensuring full alignment with Mirakl's corporate voice and objectives.

3. What You'll Bring to the Role
Experience:
  • Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in public relations, ideally within advertising, digital media, or e-commerce
  • Proven track record leading global corporate communications and PR campaigns
  • Previous experience in executive communications, media relations, and crisis management
  • Background supporting internal communications strategies across diverse stakeholder groups

Skills:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling messaging
  • Strong media relations and storytelling skills
  • Executive coaching and personal branding support
  • Stakeholder management across cross-functional and international teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
