Job Description:
In this role you will engage with Customers/Partners to improve the execution of small & medium size renewal deals, from pursuit/renewal time until booking. In addition, you will be responsible - in strong partnership and alignment with the Operational Sales teams - to grow the renewal potential and support new business Opportunities.
Overall, the Renewal Sales Support Sales Specialist is in charge of delivering enhanced Customer/Partner experience in the Operational Services Sales business.
Job specifics/responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong 1 to 1 relationship with the Partner/Customer
- Owns and independently manages end-to-end renewals in close collaboration with
customers or partners on time - Identify upsell & new business opportunities within the renewal
(support credits, upsell to higher service levels, win-back potential, etc.) - Drive initiatives for assigned accounts
- Handle discount delegation with care
- Responsible for order management activities, following procedures to ensure segregation
of Duties for order acceptance elements & flagging any impact on order and revenue - Resolve business related escalations together with OS Sales Rep and manage customer expectations
Key deliverables/accountabilities:
- Manage and update opportunities in SFDC on a regular basis
- Asure forecast accuracy
- Interface management between Customers/Partners and HPE internal Stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with extended account team
Education (degree) and professional experience required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Typically 2-5 years experience (suppliers, customer relations, financial management, procurement)
Other requirements:
- Fluent in verbal and written English and German language
