We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.

The Regional Partner Director, Asia leads monday.com's partner and channel business across South East Asia, South Asia, Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan. This is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for building and executing the regional partner strategy, driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, and developing a high-performing team of Partner Managers across the region.

This role sits at the intersection of commercial accountability and strategic ecosystem development. You will own the regional partner revenue target, define how we go to market through and with partners, and represent the channel business as a key voice in regional leadership discussions.

About The Role

  • Own the Asia (excluding Japan) channel partner strategy, translating global partner priorities into a regionally relevant go-to-market plan across resellers, referral partners, system integrators, and technology partners

  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and ARR targets for the region, with full accountability for quarterly and annual regional results

  • Define the partner mix and coverage model required to achieve regional growth objectives, including decisions on partner tiering, investment, and prioritisation

  • Identify and develop strategic alliances with high-growth partners across the region, building relationships at senior and executive levels within partner organisations

  • Represent the channel business in regional leadership forums and provide input to global partner strategy based on regional market signals

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Managers across multiple markets, setting clear expectations, driving accountability, and building a high-performance culture

  • Develop career growth pathways for the team and support succession planning within the partner function

  • Build the operational rhythm for the team: pipeline reviews, QBRs, forecast cadences, and performance management

  • Work closely with the global Partner team, regional Sales leadership, and Marketing to ensure channel motions are integrated with direct sales efforts and demand generation programs

Requirements

  • Significant experience in channel or partner leadership roles within a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI environment, including at least 5 years leading regional teams

  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems across multiple Asian markets, with demonstrated ability to drive partner-sourced revenue

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience owning revenue targets and managing forecasts through indirect channels

  • Deep understanding of the Asia partner landscape, including the diversity of market dynamics across SEA, Korea, and Greater China

  • Excellent executive presence and the ability to build credibility and trust with C-level stakeholders at partner organisations and internally

  • Track record of developing and coaching high-performing teams in a matrixed, fast-moving environment

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, especially in markets that require building from the ground up

  • Experience navigating cross-cultural complexity and adapting leadership style to different regional contexts

  • Grow fast through a dedicated L&D team, AI workshops, bootcamps, and internal hackathons - the industry moves quick and so do we

  • A collaborative, global culture backed by Employee Resource Groups and workplace teams across New York, Tel Aviv, London, Munich, Warsaw, Tokyo, Sydney, and more
