The Receptionist II is responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations. The duties include answering and transferring phone calls to employees, assisting customers pre-sale, during the auction and post sales auctions. The Receptionist will provide a wide variety of support to the customers.
Responsibilities- Operate a high-volume telephone switchboard receiving customer enquiries and assist customers with their ability to use all of Ritchie Bros services.
- Ability to explain how bidding and unreserved auctions work.
- Support customers during the auction registration process for online bidding.
- Resolve issues and track interactions relating to customer accounts.
- Provide information related to past and upcoming auctions and equipment.
- Assist with post sale accounts receivable phone calls and payment processing.
- Ensure that superior customer service is always delivered to all customers.
- Provide additional administrative support as needed.
- Perform duties as assigned.
