We are seeking a passionate and highly organized Project Manager to join Tech School, the flagship educational initiative of the monday.com Foundation.

In this role, you will be responsible for one of Tech School’s core programs and work closely with teachers, principals, municipalities, and strategic partners.You will manage all aspects of program delivery — from planning and execution to evaluation and improvement - to ensure a meaningful and effective learning experience for thousands of students across Israel.

This position requires exceptional project ownership, strong attention to detail, proactivity, relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment.

About The Role
  • Oversee one of Tech School’s flagship programs end-to-end, including annual planning, timelines, KPIs, and budget oversight.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with teachers, principals, and school partners; provide guidance, support, and problem-solving throughout the school year.
  • Coordinate program activities, events, and training, ensuring smooth execution and high engagement of teachers and students.
  • Monitor program quality through surveys, data dashboards, and feedback loops; identify insights and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, operations, partnerships) to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
  • Represent Tech School in meetings, events, and cross-sector collaborations with education, tech, and nonprofit partners.
  • Support the strategic scaling of Tech School to dozens of new schools each year.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, public administration, nonprofit management); Master’s degree preferred.
  • Results-driven mindset with a startup mentality, a can-do attitude, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills – managing multiple projects, coordinating events, timelines, and logistics seamlessly
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills – engaging effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders 
  • High proficiency with project management tools (e.g., monday.com)
  • Knowledge of Israel’s educational ecosystem and/or experience working with the Ministry of Education, schools, municipalities, or third-sector organizations - an advantage.
  • Languages: Native Hebrew, fluent English.
