Our Graduates Program aims to provide recent BS, MS, and PhD graduates the opportunity to experience a role at our company before committing to a team long-term. Based on their background, hires will be working on technical, clinical or business projects in our TrakCare or HealthShare teams.
This position is office-based at our Milan office. Please note that, while the majority of teams at InterSystems operate within a model that emphasizes workplace flexibility by allowing a combination of working at home (typically 2 days per week) with working in the office (typically 3 days per week), this position would be required to be in office 5 days a week throughout your first 6 months at the company.
This is a 12-month paid internship opportunity, with potential to be extended to a permanent position.
Qualifications:
- The program is intended for recent or soon-to-be graduates from a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD program
- Interdisciplinary academic work in Management Engineering, Business Administration or similar subjects is required
- Demonstrated initiative through academic excellence, extracurricular, or work experience
- Project management curiosity
- Interest towards the healthcare informatics environment
- Analytical mindset and collaborative attitude
- Flexible demeanor in an ever-changing work environment

For the first 3 or 6 months (experience and role dependent), we ask our employees to work in the office 5 days a week. After that time, our employees receive 24 work from home Fridays to use at their discretion throughout the year.
