The Executive Assistant will provide a full range of administrative support to the Country Manager, Director of Implementation EMEA ad Professional Services Director Italy.
Candidates must be fluent in Italian, have excellent written and spoken English and previous EA experience supporting senior level Managers.
It is essential you are highly professional, detail oriented, and exhibit strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
· Support the 3 Top Managers in the demanding day-to-day business.
· Assisting top management from other ISC offices with hotel and transportation arrangements as and when required.
· Handling general correspondence and administrative tasks.
· Organizing business travels, performing expense claims.
· Managing time, coordinating appointments, preparing documents for meetings and business events.
· Preparation of business reports, data managing and analysis, presentations and meeting documents drafting .
· Attending meetings, minutes taking (Italian and English) and issuing follow-up action plans.
· Provide administrative support on the hiring process of consultants and contractors using Workday.
· Supporting other departments in various projects and events.
Qualifications and Experience
· 5-8+ years as an assistant supporting senior-level executives in a corporate environment
· Proven ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
· Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization in Italian and in English
· Possess excellent organization and time management skills
· Flexible attitude towards your work and highly reliable
· Strong attention to detail
· Proficiency in MS Office 365
