As an Application Analyst, you will be the trusted expert supporting healthcare organizations in implementing InterSystems solutions effectively and efficiently. Your deep understanding of business processes, clinical workflows, and billing requirements in Italy will be instrumental in guiding customers toward the best-fit implementation while minimizing custom development.
You will become an expert product resource, working closely with clients to optimize their use of InterSystems technology. From process analysis to system integration, your role is critical in ensuring a seamless transition for healthcare organizations. Staying up to date with the latest product developments will be a key part of your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead application implementation efforts, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and on time
- Advise customers on best practices, maximizing the benefits of InterSystems solutions while minimizing custom work
- Support healthcare professionals and stakeholders, guiding them through system integration and optimization
- Conduct trainings, workshops, and presentations, ensuring users adopt and maximize the technology
- Monitor billing workflows, ensuring compliance with public and private hospital regulations in Italy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve implementation challenges and drive efficiency
- Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring long-term success with InterSystems products
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, including experience in training, workshops, and stakeholder engagement
- Consultative mindset, able to articulate ideas and advise clients effectively
- 3+ years of experience working in healthcare, with a strong understanding of clinical workflows
- Expertise in billing rules and financial processes within Italy’s public and private healthcare systems
- Background in IT services, with experience in software implementation and customer-facing roles
- Proficiency in Italian, good level of English
- Strong business process mapping and functional documentation skills
- Previous experience as an Application Analyst or Configuration Specialist, or in change management roles
- Experience conducting software testing and system validation
- A university degree in Biomedical Engineering or related disciplines
