The recruitment team leads the hiring process for roles across the company, although there is a strong focus on technical recruitment given the nature of InterSystems. Marketing takes on the important responsibility of increasing our brand awareness and profile. Through attending events and using social media, as just two examples of the work they do, our marketing teams around the globe help to attract new customers and enable people to understand what InterSystems does.
