What You'll Do
- Partner closely with the Product Manager and UX to understand strategic priorities, customer challenges, and business objectives.
- Translate big-picture strategy into clear, actionable user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Own and continuously refine the product backlog to maximize customer impact and business value.
- Champion the end user throughout the development lifecycle.
- Make thoughtful trade-offs between usability, customer value, and technical feasibility.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions to keep engineering focused and aligned.
- Collaborate daily with engineering, UX, and QA to clarify requirements and ensure high-quality solutions.
- Ensure shipped functionality meets acceptance criteria and solves real-world problems.
- Support release readiness and clearly communicate progress, updates, and outcomes.
- Use data, feedback, and curiosity to uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Help evolve product and team processes to increase speed, clarity, and quality.
- Bring a mindset of ownership — always looking for ways to elevate both the product and the team.
Qualifications (Required):
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar product delivery role in a SaaS environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with EHS, compliance, risk, or regulatory-driven software strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills — able to confidently collaborate with engineers, designers, stakeholders, and customers.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability. You don’t just manage tasks — you drive results.
Compensation:
- Annual Base Salary Range of 110-130k
- Annual Bonus Opportunity of 10%

- Ability to travel to local, regional, or national events - infrequently
