Provide onsite EHS audits, employee training, and regulatory support to minimize client risk. Develop client relationships, prepare compliance documentation (HazCom, respiratory protection, Tier II, OSHA 300, SPCC), implement accident prevention and environmental management systems, and support business development with referrals and exceptional customer service.

Perform onsite F&I compliance audits and deal reviews for dealership clients, provide training on state and federal regulations, build dealer relationships, advise on advertising/sales/finance compliance, document activities in Salesforce, and help reduce client risk while supporting revenue generation.

Provide EHS consulting services including onsite field audits, employee training, regulatory interaction, and compliance documentation. Build and maintain client relationships, develop accident prevention and environmental management programs, document referrals, and support regional clients through travel and hands-on safety assessments.

Lead and scale IT service desk operations, manage onboarding/offboarding and asset lifecycle, drive process improvement and automation using PowerShell/Power Automate/APIs and AI tooling, own vendor relationships, and ensure SLA performance, documentation, and SOC 2–aligned security/compliance support.
