Own KPA’s B2B demand generation engine across paid, owned, automated, omnichannel, and account-based programs. Manage campaigns, media budgets, HubSpot automation, nurture architecture, AI workflows, attribution, dashboards, testing, and funnel optimization. Partner with Sales, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Client Success to improve qualified pipeline, conversion rates, and cost per opportunity. This hands-on individual contributor also manages agencies, target-account programs, and marketing technology integrations.

Supports automotive retail compliance across federal and state laws governing advertising, sales, and finance and insurance. Responsibilities include legal and regulatory research, maintaining 50-state compliance resources, developing consultant guidance and advertising review methodologies, supporting regulatory inquiries, and translating complex requirements into practical business guidance. The role also evaluates and refines AI-assisted research, reporting, knowledge-management, and automated advertising-review workflows while collaborating across Legal, Consulting, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Learning and Development.

Conduct onsite EHS audits, identify OSHA, DOT, fire code, and EPA compliance risks, recommend corrective actions, deliver employee and management training, and develop accident prevention programs. Maintain client relationships, prepare compliance documentation, support environmental management systems, and interact with regulators and dealer associations. The consultant manages territory scheduling, travels frequently to client sites, supports account growth, and provides ongoing customer service. Spanish-English bilingual communication is required for the position.

Provides technical support for customers using KPA software, products, and services. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, documenting and prioritizing tickets, escalating complex problems, reviewing ticket quality, communicating recurring issues, supporting product releases, and guiding customers through resolution. The role requires strong computer knowledge, Windows and MacOS familiarity, customer service skills, multitasking, organization, and clear communication across phone, chat, and email.

Provide EHS consulting to automotive clients through onsite audits, employee training, regulatory interaction, and implementation of accident prevention and environmental compliance programs. Build client relationships, document compliance tasks, generate referrals, and support regional account growth while traveling regularly within the assigned territory.

Sell KPA compliance software and consulting to automotive dealers within a regional territory. Build and manage a pipeline, close new logos, upsell existing accounts, meet quota, coordinate internal resources, forecast in Salesforce, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive bookings and customer value.

Own and improve enterprise security platforms, cloud and infrastructure security, identity governance, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, incident response, network controls, and DevSecOps practices. Lead complex security initiatives, compliance controls, vendor assessments, security architecture reviews, and AI security governance. Build automation with PowerShell and Python, partner with IT Operations and DevOps, reduce manual work, and serve as the senior escalation point for technical security incidents.

Provide front-line IT support for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS endpoints; triage and resolve tickets via email/chat/ticket portal within SLAs; provision devices with Intune Autopilot and MDM; manage Entra ID and Microsoft 365 user lifecycle; troubleshoot networking, VPN, and security access issues; maintain asset inventory, SOPs, and knowledge-base; escalate security incidents and support IT projects.
