Your Impact
The Manager of Digital Engagement is responsible for leading a team through strategizing, planning, and executing enterprise event, campaign, and promotional initiatives for online channels. This role will lead and develop a team of individual contributors who will use testing and optimization strategies, analytics, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and build experiences for the omni customer in support of the company's campaign and promotional priorities.

What You Will Do
- Collaborate and maintain relationships at the leadership level with cross-functional groups such as Merchants, Brand Marketing, Pricing & Promotions, Digital Production, Online Partners in Bangalore, and other Online teams to ensure all teams have required information for supporting online campaigns/promotions. Share results and insights to evolve with learnings.
- Deliver an assigned portfolio of work by holding team accountable to deliver online campaign and promotional assignments and ensure team members have an appropriate spread of the work. Lead team in identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Review campaign and promotional timelines, action steps, and project status with the team. Assist where needed to remove barriers and ensure timely delivery. Summarize project status for leadership and escalate when needed.
- Coach team to leverage dashboards and reporting to measure results and determine future plans.
- Drive cross-functional readiness conversations to prepare for online events.
- Develop and present communications, often to senior leadership, which convey the right message in an effective way to the appropriate audience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 5+ years of experience in brand or product management, merchandising, and/or ecommerce
- 1-2 years of experience leading a team
Preferred Skills/Education
- Master's degree in related field
