Your Impact
The Social Media Manager in Talent Attraction is responsible for creating compelling, deep, and meaningful stories focused on Lowe's associates' lives at work and beyond. The Social Media Manager will make a significant impact on telling the story of our culture and attracting the next great associate. This position will own and lead the development and implementation of social media strategies and tactics that engage and inspire potential talent.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to attract top talent and position Lowe's as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across HR, marketing, and communications to ensure social media activities are aligned with overall company objectives.
- Manage and grow social media accounts, including creating and curating content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
- Drive engagement and grow the Lowe's talent community through regular posting and interaction on social media platforms.
- Use data and insights to measure and optimize social media performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Lowe's stays ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Monitor and respond to social media inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including developing ad creative and targeting strategies, monitoring performance, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Marketing, Communications or a related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 3 years Experience in social media management, with a focus on talent attraction
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting
