About the Role

Riskified values design and makes every effort to provide a cohesive and unique experience across all mediums. Our design team works across all visual channels, from application UX/UI to sales and marketing design needs.

We're looking for an experienced, organized, and passionate designer to join our Marketing design team as part of the Riskified brand design group. In this role, you will be a key player in translating our complex, powerful technology into a compelling visual story that drives demand and accelerates our sales cycle. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills with a dedicated professional development budget and mentorship from senior design leaders.

 

What You'll Be Doing
  • Design beautiful and diverse cross-platform marketing materials, from concept to launch, including new layouts, visuals, and illustrations for digital and print.
  • Ensure all design materials align with the key messaging and are tailored to the specific audience of each project.
  • Translate complicated ideas into compelling visuals, infographics, and data visualizations that help our audience understand Riskified’s technology and products.
  • Collaborate closely with lead generation teams—including regional marketing, global demand generation and content—to create assets that capture interest and drive engagement among potential clients.
  • Act as a guardian of the Riskified brand, finding creative ways to deliver our messaging while constantly refining and evolving our visual identity.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of proven experience in graphic and interactive design.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing high-impact marketing materials, from sophisticated typography and landing pages to data visualization and illustration. We are looking for a specialist in the marketing design space with a portfolio of professional, real-world work that prioritizes brand aesthetics over UI/UX or motion graphics.
  • Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
  • Proficient with AI tools (such as Weavy, Gemini, Sora, etc.) to enhance creative workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage the entire design process—from sketching concepts and creating wireframes to final implementation—while maintaining high quality and consistency.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, with a drive for extraordinary, pixel-perfect design solutions.
  • Deep understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, layouts, composition, and image making.
  • Great people skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a significant advantage.
