Leads the technical sales process for LATAM ecommerce merchants, including integration discovery, solution design, technical project management, proofs of concept, pilots, demos, ROI analyses, RFPs, and security questionnaires. Partners with sales, product, engineering, data science, and security teams to align requirements, win deals, and hand off signed implementations. Represents regional payment methods and data-protection requirements while creating repeatable presales documentation and supporting merchant success.

Lead the technical side of the sales process for LATAM ecommerce merchants. Scope integrations across checkout, payments, order management, and fulfillment; manage technical evaluations, proofs of concept, pilots, and deal workstreams; deliver demos, ROI analyses, RFP responses, and security questionnaires; coordinate with internal teams; and hand signed deals to implementation with documented integration plans.

Lead a distributed team of five Data Integration Engineers supporting client integrations. Oversee complex data flows, endpoint design, data quality, validation, and integration escalations. Establish priorities across client commitments and business goals, improve onboarding speed and quality, and develop shared tools, processes, automation, and AI-driven validation workflows. Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Product, Development, and Data Science teams while serving as a technical and strategic advocate for clients.
