About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to support and scale our global paid media programs. This role is a critical part of our Demand Generation engine, focused on executing high-impact campaigns that drive engagement across our target accounts.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You’ll be in-platform daily, building, launching, and optimizing campaigns, while partnering closely with Campaigns, Regional Field, Design  and Content to bring our global GTM strategy to life.

This role is designed to strengthen our performance marketing foundation while allowing us to invest in other key growth areas across the business.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Own execution of paid media campaigns across key channels including LinkedIn, Google, Meta, YouTube, and emerging channels like Reddit.
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns aligned to global GTM priorities including ABX, events, product launches, and content
  • Partner cross-functionally with Campaigns, Field Marketing, and Content to ensure strong messaging and full funnel alignment
  • Continuously test and iterate across audiences, creative, formats, and channels to improve performance and efficiency
  • Support expansion into new regions and channels including EMEA, APAC, and Baidu
  • Manage budgets and pacing with a focus on ROI and pipeline impact
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance, translating data into clear insights and optimizations
  • Work closely with Marketing Ops to ensure proper tracking, attribution, and campaign visibility

Qualifications
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns in LinkedIn and Google, with bonus for YouTube, Reddit, and Meta
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data to drive decisions and optimizations
  • Ability to collaborate across the entire marketing organization and partner closely with Sales and BD, while taking into account the nuances of regional challenges and market differences
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Strong attention to detail and executional excellence
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and can operate independently
