We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to drive marketing execution across the Thailand, Southeast Asia (SEA), and Australia/New Zealand (ANZ) markets. As a core member of our APAC team, you will act as the "boots on the ground" in Bangkok, ensuring our global strategy is translated into high-impact local results.

Key Responsibilities1. Regional Execution & Campaign Support
- Execute marketing projects aligned with the regional strategy for Thailand, SEA, and ANZ.
- Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure marketing activities directly support the sales cycle and revenue goals in these specific territories.
2. Content Localization & Management
- Adapt and localize global marketing materials for the Thai market, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic precision.
- Support the content pipeline for blogs and social channels, tailoring messaging to resonate with the unique business landscapes of Sydney, Singapore, and Bangkok alike.
3. Event Management & Logistics
- Lead the coordination of industry events and trade shows across the region, including booth sourcing, collateral alignment, and vendor management.
- Co-create and execute hosted events (webinars, roundtables, and workshops) designed for customer education and retention.
4. Public Relations & Communication
- Coordinate with local PR agencies to localize and distribute press releases that align with global announcements.
- Act as a bridge between the global communications team and local media landscapes.
5. Gifting, Merchandise & Procurement
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for regional gifting initiatives and corporate merchandise.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality brand representation.
6. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities using Salesforce and QlikSense.
- Provide actionable insights to the APAC Marketing Manager to optimize future campaign spend and strategy.
- Experience: Fresh grads or 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (B2B or Digital Advertising experience is a significant advantage).
- Language Skills: Native-level Thai and Fluent English are required, as you will be managing localized content for Thailand and communicating daily with ANZ and regional stakeholders.
- Cultural Intelligence: An understanding of the business nuances between the SEA and ANZ markets.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and data visualization platforms.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across different time zones.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate with remote, international teams while maintaining a strong presence in the Bangkok office.
