* 製造ラインにおける製品の組立、検査、調整作業
* 製造プロセスにおける問題点の特定と解決策の提案
* 製造装置の操作、メンテナンス、およびトラブルシューティング
* 品質管理基準の遵守と品質改善活動への参加
* 製造記録の正確な作成と管理
* 安全衛生に関する規定の遵守と安全な作業環境の維持

【応募資格】
* 高卒以上（工業系の学科を卒業していることが望ましい）
* 製造現場での実務経験2年以上

* 日本語でのコミュニケーション能力（読み書き、会話）

Skills Required
- High school diploma or above
- Graduated from industrial/technical program (preferred)
- 2+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
- Basic knowledge of quality control principles
- Problem-solving ability and teamwork orientation
- Japanese communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office)
- Experience in medical device manufacturing
