* 製造ラインにおける製品の組立、検査、調整作業
* 製造プロセスにおける問題点の特定と解決策の提案
* 製造装置の操作、メンテナンス、およびトラブルシューティング

【応募資格】**

Skills Required
- High school diploma or higher (preferably in an industrial-related field)
- More than 2 years of practical experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
- Basic knowledge of quality control
- Problem-solving skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to communicate in Japanese (reading, writing, speaking)
- Basic PC skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Experience in medical device manufacturing (preferred)
- Ability to communicate in English (preferred)
