This position is located in the Netherlands Europe, with the flexibility to work out of your home office. You'll have easy access to and support from your manager, and frequent video meetings to keep you seamlessly integrated into your team. As Enterprise Account Executive, MSP & Telco at LogicMonitor you will be hunting for new business in the Nordics region. Managed Service Providers (MSPs) & Telco's are foundational to LogicMonitor's long-term growth strategy. You will be expected to create, progress and close complex, strategic deals with the territory's leading enterprise organisations in IT Outsourcing and Telecommunications.

To be successful in this role, you'll have to be an entrepreneurial, creative and resilient Account Executive with the drive to build up a new and exciting territory. Ideally, you also have strong experience selling complex SaaS solutions to Nordics-based Managed Service Providers at the Enterprise level.

At LogicMonitor, we use enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message. You will qualify, uncover and present business value to Leaders in IT & Engineering, Operations, Sales and Finance. Account Executives are responsible for managing the full sales cycle from initial conversation, through demo to Proof of Value, to contract negotiation and sign off, to ultimately driving the customer experience and growth.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Identify and prospect into target accounts
  • Present LM value to prospects through conversations, demos, presentations
  • Implement MEDDPICC to move prospects through the sales cycle
  • Assist prospects progress through sales cycle by engaging necessary levels, "multi-threading" and team selling (using SE, management, executive resources as necessary)
  • Trial optimisation (proactively adding dashboards, creating sample reports, etc. for all trial prospects)
  • Learn how LogicMonitor solves customer problems, and be able to tailor the solution to various specific scenarios. 
  • Identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
  • Work to revenue targets set by the business and achieve 
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 4+ years of of B2B SaaS selling success, preferably selling into Managed Service Provider or IT Service Provider companies
  • Ability to simply articulate complex technologies
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas YoY selling into the Nordics region
  • Experience following a value based sales methodology, with success previously, ideally MEDDPICC
  • Experience in prospecting and outbound outreach to book first contact meetings
  • Experience of managing a complex sales cycle and documenting activity in a CRM
  • Motivated self-starter, able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills with a solid grasp of the English language both written and verbal with competent presentation skills
  • Proven experience of negotiating new business opportunities
  • On a weekly basis provide LM managers a monthly & quarterly forecast
  • Travel required
  • We work with customers around the world, fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Dutch is a great advantage
