This role is located Budapest, Hungary - We are a hybrid work environment and are in the office 3+ days per week.
This is a 6-month fixed-term internship, with the possibility of extension for an additional 6 months.

What Skills Do I Need?- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science or a related hands-on field
- Basic coding skills or comfort with scripting; familiarity with SQL or REST APIs is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow
- Competency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for tasks like drafting, research and automation; willingness to explore how AI can accelerate solution design and customer delivery
- Clear and confident communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus
- Proactive, collaborative attitude - you ask questions, take initiative, and don't wait to be told what to do
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 25% out of term time)
- First experience in manufacturing is a plus
- Support the delivery of customer projects using Tulip's no-code platform- think digital work instructions, quality checks, and real-time production tracking - working alongside experienced Solutions Engineers
- Assist with solution design and configuration for specific manufacturing processes - applying your understanding of how things are actually built and assembled on the floor
- Participate in customer interactions and begin building relationships with plant managers, process engineers, and operators
- Help document solutions, best practices, and internal processes to support team knowledge-sharing
- Relay observations and feedback from customer engagements to Product and Engineering teams
