This role is located in Budapest, Hungary - We are a hybrid work environment and are in the office 3+ days/per week.

Tulip, the leader in AI-native frontline operations, is helping companies around the world equip their workforce with composable, connected apps, leading to higher quality work, improved efficiency, and end-to-end traceability across operations. Tulip’s cloud-native, no-code platform, powered by embedded AI, is driving the digital transformation of industrial environments through composable, human-centric solutions that go beyond disrupting the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) category.

A spinoff out of MIT, Tulip is headquartered in Somerville, MA, with offices in Germany, Hungary, Singapore, Israel and Japan. Tulip has been recognized as a World Economic Forum Global Innovator, a 2024 Deloitte Technology Fast award winner, one of Energage’s Top Workplaces USA, and one of Built In Boston’s “Best Places to Work” and “Best Midsize Places to Work.”

About the Role:

This is a unique role that supports the commercial engine and is split between configuring our commercial systems and AI platforms — building within tools like Salesforce, Claude, Zapier, and n8n to automate GTM workflows — and day-to-day system management, keeping our commercial tech stack (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Amplemarket, Gong) running smoothly for the sales and marketing teams who rely on it.

About You:

You are a structured systems thinker who is curious about the intersection of traditional CRM/commercial system administration and the frontier of AI. With a natural interest in systems, you don’t just “fix” a broken record; you build scalable, well-documented frameworks that ensure the entire commercial engine runs smoothly.

What skills do I need?

  • 1-2+ years of experience with Salesforce (admin certification is a plus) or a similar CRM. You understand objects, fields, and basic flow automation.
  • Hands-on experience (even in personal projects) with generative AI tools such as Claude and Gemini, and automation platforms like Zapier, n8n, or Make.com.
  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data manipulation.
  • Quick to learn new SaaS tools across the commercial stack (Gong, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Marketo).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent “builder” experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial System & AI Platform Configuration (~50%)

  • Research, configure, and test AI tools — including Claude, Gemini, Zapier, and n8n — to improve the GTM stack. Build proof-of-concepts for AI-driven lead research, automated email drafting, meeting summarization, and information hand-offs.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and Zapier/n8n automation sequences to reduce manual admin drag for the sales and marketing teams.
  • Configure and connect AI platforms and prompt-driven workflows into the commercial tech stack.

Day-to-Day System Management (~50%)

  • Handle daily “keep the lights on” tasks across the commercial tech stack — user provisioning (adding/removing users), password resets, basic report building, and troubleshooting tool access.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to de-duplicate leads, clean up account data, and ensure our “Source of Truth” remains accurate.
  • Create “How-To” guides for new AI workflows, and train the team on how to use AI tools effectively within our tech stack.
  • Ensure all AI experiments and configurations follow company policies.

Key Collaborators:

  • Commercial Systems Admin
  • Sales & Marketing Ops
  • Sales Enablement
  • Sales & CS Teams
