Provide frontline technical support to customers, educate users on product features, troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues, manage support cases, collaborate with engineering and customer-facing teams, improve support processes and documentation, and participate in an occasional off-hours on-call rotation.

Designs and maintains cloud security controls across AWS and Azure, including Terraform and Python automation, posture hardening, and account guardrails. Owns vulnerability management, detection tuning, SIEM and log-ingestion pipelines, container scanning, and incident response participation. Partners with engineering and product teams on architecture, authentication, application security, and code reviews. Supports FedRAMP and other compliance programs through documentation, evidence collection, monitoring, training exercises, and customer security questionnaires.

Provides strategic and tactical technical guidance to customers using Tulip’s no-code manufacturing platform. Responsibilities include developing technical success plans, advising on architecture and integrations, leading workshops and training, supporting implementations, driving platform adoption, establishing governance, communicating customer requirements to Product and Engineering, and supporting renewals and expansion. The role requires strong manufacturing, MES, Industry 4.0, SaaS, cloud, API, database, and customer-facing technical expertise.
