Leads complex enterprise sales into pharmaceutical and biotech accounts, managing opportunities from prospecting through close, proof of concept, and expansion. Builds executive and operator relationships, develops account strategies, coordinates channel partners, forecasts pipeline, demonstrates manufacturing and laboratory software, and closes value-based deals with VP- and C-level stakeholders. Requires expertise in life sciences manufacturing or lab solutions, SaaS/PaaS, MEDDPICC, Salesforce, and AI-enabled sales productivity.

Drive complex enterprise sales into life sciences organizations, from prospecting and proof of concept through close and expansion. Manage strategic accounts, navigate procurement and multiple stakeholders, coordinate channel partners, forecast pipeline, demonstrate SaaS and manufacturing technology, and develop executive-level champions. The role requires selling manufacturing or laboratory solutions, achieving quota, using value-based selling and MEDDPICC, and leveraging Salesforce and AI tools.

Leads and develops a global software engineering team of up to 10 engineers. Responsibilities include people management, mentoring, hiring, technical architecture, hands-on engineering, code quality, system deployment, team metrics, quarterly planning, cross-functional delivery, and process improvement. The role also helps establish Tulip’s Tel Aviv office and collaborates with product, infrastructure, QA, operations, and customer-facing teams.
