Own regional growth, go-to-market strategy, ARR objectives, enterprise sales, partner development, deal execution, forecasting, and pipeline management. Build relationships with manufacturing and industrial customers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Lead, hire, mentor, and scale the local sales team while coordinating with global functions and improving sales processes.

Pre-sales engineer responsible for guiding enterprise manufacturing software opportunities from discovery through technical close. Duties include requirements analysis, tailored demonstrations, technical presentations, proof-of-concept work, business value assessments, RFx responses, security questionnaires, implementation scoping, and feedback to Product and Engineering.
