Laboratory Chemist

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. To review worksheet from TSD and perform the test as per customer requirement and SOP.
2. To operate assigned laboratory test equipment in Fiber Analysis area
3. To perform fiber analysis test as per procedure and regulation.
4. To cover the full responsibility for fiber analysis and labeling.
5. To make report raw data depends on test application form and Submission.
6. To upload the test results in system as per test and test raw data.
7. To maintain rules of laboratory management system ISO 17025.
8. To make a good cooperation in laboratory and assuring good work environment.
9. To maintain the laboratory stock for fiber related chemical.
10. To follow all safety rules and protect self as required and instructed.
11. To follow all the rules and regulations of the laboratory.
12. To check the accuracy label/working status of authorized machine and notice to the concern in-charge in case of any results dribbling.
13. To perform any other task assigned by the Team Leader/Physical Lab Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree or diploma from an accredited university through a formal program of study in Chemistry or related
discipline including Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Organic/Inorganic Chemistry, Material Science but not limited
to these disciplines only.• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and exceptional customer service. • Demonstrated ability to successfully partner with Engineering and other Laboratory Personnel to complete projects in
a timely manner with high quality. • Demonstrated ability to analyze special testing needs. • Effective communication skills and ability to interact with customers • Demonstrated ability to be innovative and creative • Desire to work in a team-oriented environment • Ability to use Microsoft Office suite is a must • Ability to incorporate automation into day-to-day testing
