About the role
We are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Marketing Specialist to support the growth of the Libra product in Hungary. This is an operational role ideal for someone who enjoys “getting things done” and bringing campaigns to life locally.
You will be responsible for adapting and executing centrally developed Libra campaigns for the Hungarian market, ensuring they are relevant, well-timed, and aligned with local business needs and market conditions. You’ll collaborate with a growing team of passionate professionals to foster a culture of performance, agility, and customer-centricity—laying the foundation for sustainable growth across the region.
In this role, you will report to the Regional Libra Lead, while working closely and in alignment with the Hungarian marketing team and local stakeholders. You will act as a key link between central campaign strategy and local execution—making sure global initiatives truly work in the Hungarian market.
What you’ll do
Localize and execute central Libra marketing campaigns for Hungary, adapt messaging, content, and campaign elements to local market needs, language, and context
Coordinate campaign execution with the Hungarian marketing team and ensure alignment with local priorities
Support the rollout of campaigns across channels (email, landing pages, social media, events)
Prepare and update local marketing assets (e.g. emails, landing pages, presentations)
Work with central and regional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and with quality
Assist in running local marketing activities and initiatives that complement central campaigns
Organize and coordinate webinars for the local market (planning, setup, promotion, follow-up)
Support and organize presence at events, including conferences, meetups, and local activations
Coordinate with Sales and other teams to support campaign activation and follow-up
Monitor basic campaign performance and provide feedback on local results and insights
Conduct basic market and competitor research
Ensure consistency of Libra messaging across local channels
What you’ll bring
1–3 years of experience in marketing (internship or junior role also acceptable)
Strong interest in digital marketing and campaign execution
Excellent language skills, with strong copywriting and editing abilities
A practical, hands-on mindset – you enjoy executing and delivering results
Ability to work with centrally defined materials and adapt them effectively to a local market
Good organizational and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Team-player attitude and ability to collaborate across teams and countries
Basic understanding of marketing channels (email, social, web)
Fluent Hungarian (at least C1) and English (at least B2)
