We're looking for a senior Internal Communications Manager to own regional communications across North America (New York, Denver, remote), LATAM (Brazil, Mexico), and our Revenue Organization. You'll lead day-to-day and change communications, be a local voice for updates from our HQ in Tel Aviv, and proactively identify and drive communications initiatives at each site - working closely with local HR leaders and General Managers to map market needs.
You'll serve as a trusted resource for employees, managers, and executives alike, and play a key role in bringing monday.com's tone of voice to life internally.
This role sits within the Global Communications team and reports to the Director of Communications.
About The Role
Own strategy and execution across all regional channels - newsletters, Slack, Town Halls, executive briefings.
Proactively audit site needs, ideate initiatives, and drive them to execution in close partnership with site HR leaders and GMs.
Bridge HQ strategic updates to regional audiences while finding the local voice for each market.
Implement and maintain monday.com's tone of voice across all internal communications.
Act as a go-to communications resource for employees, managers, and senior leaders across the region.
Requirements
10+ years in internal communications, ideally in fast-paced global companies
Proven experience delivering and scaling messaging about organizational change .
An entrepreneurial operator - you strategize, but you also build, write, and execute. You roll up your sleeves and get things done.
A creative communicator who can make internal content feel fresh and engaging - someone who knows how to maintain a unified company voice while giving each region its own distinct personality.
Strong writer, sharp strategist, equally comfortable working with operational colleagues and a C-suite exec.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $170,000-$202,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
