As a Senior HR Business Partner supporting the APAC Professional Services team in our Gurgaon office, you will act as a trusted, hands-on partner to leaders and employees across the region. Working closely with the APAC Regional VP, you will provide day-to-day HR support while helping translate Taboola’s people strategy into practical, locally relevant action.
Office attendance is required at least three days per week, in line with local policy.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:- Min 6-8 years of experience in HR business partnering, with expertise in India labor laws, employee relations, and cultural nuances.
- Strong analytical skills to provide actionable insights and align HR strategies with business objectives.
- A proven ability to seamlessly navigate between strategic vision and tactical execution.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to drive innovative and fit-for-purpose HR initiatives.
- Experience working in a global, matrix organization.
- Experience in organisational design and workforce planning initiatives.
As a Senior HRBP, you will:
- Act as the dedicated Senior HR Business Partner for the APAC Professional Services function, owning the end-to-end HR agenda across APAC and Greater China and partnering closely with business leaders to translate commercial and talent priorities into practical HR outcomes.
- Drive and deliver the APAC Professional Services HR roadmap, aligning global and regional HR strategy while leading performance management, succession planning, compensation alignment, and multi-country employee relations, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent strategies, and employee engagement.
- Oversee generalist HR activities, including performance management, total rewards, succession planning, and talent development.
- Analyze people data and provide insights to support informed decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Champion a culture that aligns with Taboola’s values, fostering high employee engagement and motivation.
- Serve as the lead India expert, responsible for providing definitive, end-to-end guidance and interpretation on all matters of Indian employment law, labor regulations, and statutory compliance. You will be the central point of contact for high-risk employee relations cases and government authorities to ensure the organization maintains full compliance and minimizes risk across all India locations.
