The Opportunity
The HR Business Partner partners with leaders and Human Resources Centers of Excellence to support talent priorities and deliver people solutions across the employee lifecycle. This role provides exposure to a variety of Human Resources disciplines, including talent management, organizational effectiveness, talent planning, employee engagement, and change initiatives while supporting Enablement Functions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders and Human Resources colleagues to support talent management, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Support talent review, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement activities for assigned client groups.
  • Build effective relationships with leaders and stakeholders while providing guidance on talent and organizational priorities.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources Centers of Excellence to support the implementation of people programs and enterprise initiatives.
  • Leverage workforce data, analytics, and emerging technologies to identify trends, inform decision-making, and improve Human Resources effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
  • Experience supporting talent management, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, or change initiatives.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and partner effectively with leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Demonstrated learning agility with an interest in leveraging data, analytics, and emerging technologies to support business and talent outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting corporate, operational, shared services, or enablement functions.
  • Experience working within a global or matrixed organization.
  • Experience supporting talent planning, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, or change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and a continuous learning mindset with an interest in evolving workplace trends and AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams, stakeholders, and time zones.

Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
The expected salary range for this position is $92,300 - $120,000 . This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
