Responsibilities:
- Lead annual APJ Aruba Channel Sales Readiness processes and outcomes including working with Channel leadership team to gather feedback on Compensation plan designs, GTM strategy and ensuring timely Sales letters issuance
- Drive Channel Quota Setting Processes across APJ (incl. eMDM Entity management: manage Entity request for Creation, modification, Party alignment) that aligned with the Aruba business strategy
- Act as a business partner for APJ Aruba, supporting Country Aruba Channel Leadership & Channel sales team to identify relevant analytics, metrics and outcomes.
- Develop deep understanding of sales compensation tools, processes and systems.
- Facilitate and work with SCO lead to resolve SCO related issues raised by the managers & sales e.g., manual claims, wrong/missing account assignments
- Responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of sales processes, identifying and leveraging best practice in support of delivering the sales strategy.
- Support the channel sales team with operational needs relating to new hire onboarding, tool trainings, process guidance, etc. Quota Deployment & Anaplan Setup (Annual sales readiness cycle & Ad-Hoc request on the new employees or any change management)
- Support channel operations activities and business analytics (reporting, business insights, SOR) to the Aruba Management team, both regular reports and ad-hoc analysis
- Develop and nurture a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork (across entire Aruba family) and knowledge sharing across all relevant teams and functions.
Experience/ Requirement:
- 8+ years of experience in an Operational role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate processes, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.
- Enjoy interacting with cross functional teams across an organization
- A strong business mindset is key, with a ‘run to the fire’ attitude; driving an action-oriented culture: you deliver on your promises,
- Intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability and positive approach,
- Requires the ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision while maintaining focus on achieving optimal outcomes as part of a collaborative development effort
- The ideal candidate will be analytically minded; a problem solver; focused, organized & driven; self-starter; have strong communication skills; passion & pride in their work; flexibility to adjust to requirements and ability operate in a dynamic and fast changing environment
- Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint; Anaplan & PowerBI knowledge would be advantage.
