What you'll do:
Job Family Definition:
Responsible for executing and supporting server and compute platform deployment, integration, validation, and hardware configuration in accordance with company policies and business requirements. Works closely with engineering, program to ensure timely delivery, configuration, and readiness of server platforms for development, validation, and customer-related activities.
Performs hands-on tasks including server assembly, hardware installation, component replacement, system bring-up, rack integration, cable routing, and hardware troubleshooting.
Applies server architecture and compute platform knowledge to support hardware configuration, system validation, issue isolation, and execution of engineering requests. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve hardware-related issues and improve operational efficiency.
Follows engineering specifications and utilizes PCBA rework and soldering skills to perform component replacement, board-level modifications, prototype support, hardware repair, and failure analysis activities when required.

Uses ability as a skilled specialist to contribute to the development of new concepts/techniques and to complete assignments/tasks in innovative and effective ways. Expert knowledge on the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are highly complex in nature where a strong degree of initiative and technical knowledge are required to resolve problems. Work is completed independently and has ability to handle most unique situations. Frequently determines methods and procedures for new assignments. May supervise the activities of other non-exempt employees.
Responsibilities:
- Performs advanced and complex server and compute platform integration, deployment, validation, and operational tasks independently, including system assembly, hardware installation, component upgrades, and rack deployment.
- Serves as a technical resource for server hardware, compute platforms, and lab operations, capable of analyzing hardware issues, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to engineering and program teams.
- Identifies opportunities to improve server deployment, lab execution, assembly processes, and operational efficiency, and collaborates with stakeholders to implement solutions.
- Provides technical training, mentorship, and documentation for server assembly, hardware installation, troubleshooting procedures, and lab operation processes.
- Provides troubleshooting and problem-solving support for complex hardware issues, including server bring-up, component compatibility, system integration, and failure isolation.
- Applies PCBA soldering and rework skills to perform component replacement, board-level modifications, prototype support, hardware repair, and engineering validation activities.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams to support NPI development, platform validation, issue resolution, and server management activities.
What you need to bring:
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Typically, 2+ years' experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Advanced technical knowledge of server/compute.
- PCBA soldering and rework skills to perform board-level modifications, prototype support, hardware repair, and engineering validation activities.
- Advanced written and verbal skills.
- Mastery in English and local language.
- Excellent multi-tasking ability.
