About The Role

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Scale: Lead, develop, and grow a team of PMs focused on customer acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention within the monday Service ecosystem.
  • Define the Vision: Shape the future of AI-driven service solutions. Own the surface where users first experience the "magic" of an agentic service platform.
  • Drive 0-1 Growth: Own the full customer lifecycle - from first touch to a retained, power user. You’ll implement PLG best practices, rigorous experimentation (A/B testing), and funnel diagnostics to move business metrics.
  • AI-First Innovation: Define how AI makes service smarter - intelligent ticketing, autonomous agent onboarding, and predictive expansion signals that transform business processes.
  • Hybrid Growth Motion: Partner with GTM teams on hybrid PLG + SLG motions, ensuring the product scales from self-serve small teams to enterprise-grade service organizations.
  • Startup Execution, Enterprise Scale: Work in a fast-paced environment, partnering closely with R&D, Design, and Marketing to ship complex, cross-department initiatives at lightning speed.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience in high-scale SaaS, with a proven track record of delivering measurable growth outcomes.
  • You have successfully built and mentored high-performing PM teams.
  • The "0 to 1" Mindset: Experience in early-stage products or startup environments. You are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive on finding PMF.
  • AI & Data Fluency: Strong analytical background with a focus on experimentation and a deep understanding of how AI can be leveraged to enhance user experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Partner: Proven ability to partner with GTM functions (Sales, CS, Marketing) to scale hybrid growth models.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You can drive alignment across R&D, Design, and Executive leadership without losing speed or craft.
