Provide leadership and day-to-day support to production teams to help achieve manufacturing objectives.
Monitor production performance and support improvements in productivity, quality, cost, and on-time delivery.
Help ensure customer commitments are met in a timely, quality-focused, and cost-conscious manner.
Develop and implement training plans to strengthen workforce capability and support employee development.
Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across production operations.
Promote a culture of quality, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Support Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), quality, and compliance initiatives in alignment with plant goals.
Follow the GE HealthCare Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable regulatory and legal requirements.
Complete required Quality and Compliance training within established timelines.
Identify and report quality or compliance concerns and support appropriate corrective actions.
Maintain compliance with applicable Quality System Regulation and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements.
Understand production process Work Instructions and ensure operations are performed in accordance with defined requirements so products conform to specifications.
Ensure production documentation, records, and Device History Records (DHRs) are accurate, complete, and completed on time.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and develop teams in a production or manufacturing environment.
Ability to identify and implement best practices and continuous improvement opportunities.
Ability to work effectively in an environment with changing priorities and ambiguity.
Ability to understand and follow established manufacturing procedures, work instructions, quality requirements, and compliance expectations.
Experience supporting manufacturing or production operations.
Understanding of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coach and develop production team members.
Quality-focused mindset with attention to accurate production documentation and process compliance.
