The Business Service Specialist II supports front-office operations by providing excellent customer service, processing payments, managing title documentation, and performing administrative functions. This role works independently to ensure accurate records, efficient workflow, and a positive client experience while supporting Cox's culture and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and support to clients and internal partners in person and by phone.
- Process payments and respond to customer inquiries.
- Scan, associate, file, retrieve, and prepare titles and documents for shipment.
- Pull and prepare title batches for reassignment processing.
- Perform data entry, filing, document routing, and record maintenance.
- Verify information accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Support sale day and front-office operations.
- Follow company safety policies and actively support safety initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2-4 years of administrative, customer service, or office support experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive business relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in title processing, vehicle services, or automotive operations.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, AS400, Workbench, and Excel.
- Previous experience as a Commercial Services Specialist.

USD 20.00 - 30.00 per hour
Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $20.00 - $30.00/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
