  • Manage and maintain certification documents, records, and correspondence using internal and customer-facing systems.
  • Review project information for completeness and accuracy prior to processing.
  • Process documentation requests and support projects from various business units and industries.
  • Track project status and maintain accurate records throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify documentation discrepancies and proactively work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with established procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
  • Respond to stakeholder inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and service level expectations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across global teams.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of experience in Document Control, Administrative Support, Data Management, Records Management, or a related role.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large volumes of documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Comfortable learning and using multiple systems and software applications.
  • Intermediate English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a compliance, certification, quality assurance, testing, or regulated industry environment.
  • Exposure to document management systems or workflow tools.
  • Knowledge of records management and document control best practices.
