We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Director of Professional Services, APAC to lead our regional professional services team as part of a globally integrated organization. This role will oversee a team of 20 professionals, including solutions engineers, presales designers, and implementation experts, based in multiple countries across the APAC region. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, foster collaboration across internal and external stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of services to Tier 1 publishers.

What skills and qualifications do I need?
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in professional services, solutions engineering, or a similar field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, including the direct management of managers.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage local and remote teams across multiple locations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Collaboration: Experience working with global teams to align on processes, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
- Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of technical solutions, product implementation processes, and client onboarding best practices.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital publishing, ad tech, or related industries, particularly in Tier 1 publisher environments - an advantage
What will I do on a regular basis?
- Team Leadership & Management
- Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and performance management for the APAC & India Professional Services team.
- Foster a high-performance culture, promoting collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
- Align team structure, roles, and goals with global objectives and regional business needs.
Client Engagement
- Collaborate with business teams to support Tier 1 publishers, ensuring alignment of services with client expectations and business objectives.
- Lead the delivery of high-quality solutions, presales support, and implementation services to maximize client satisfaction and outcomes.
- Engage with sales teams to identify opportunities and provide seamless client solutions.
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex client engagements and challenges.
Operational Excellence
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure team effectiveness, project success, and client satisfaction, ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Optimize processes and workflows for presales, solutions design, and implementations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with global peers to align on best practices, process improvements, and organizational standards.
Strategic Initiatives
- Drive regional initiatives to expand the Professional Services footprint and capabilities in APAC & India.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to support new product roadmaps, ensuring readiness for implementation within the region.
